Founder's Message
"NeuroCruz was born from a simple idea: AI, innovation and IP can be built with purpose, not pressure."
My name is Fabian Pertschy – I founded this company to bridge strategy, creativity and legal clarity. Our holding company is based in Tenerife, but our mindset is global.
We don't chase trends. We build structure.
And we invite partners who do the same.
What We Are Not
Not a traditional tech company
We operate at the intersection of research, IP, and consulting, creating a unique model that goes beyond conventional technology development.
Not a hype-driven agency
We prioritize substance over trends, focusing on long-term value rather than short-term visibility. Our work is built on research and evidence, not marketing narratives.
Not dependent on venture capital
We're structured, lean and intentional in our growth strategy. Our roadmap reflects depth and sustainability rather than the rapid scaling typical of venture-backed companies.
Research Focus
AI-powered Product Development
At NeuroCruz, we conduct applied research into how artificial intelligence can be developed and deployed in responsible, structured, and technically verifiable ways. Our focus is not on abstract experimentation but on creating modular, scalable components that can be integrated into real-world use cases.
Key research themes:
- Responsible ML deployment and explainability
- Modular architectures for industry-specific AI tools
- Infrastructure for AI-native product validation
- Secure AI development and cybersecurity integration
Our goal is to bridge the gap between academic capabilities and enterprise needs by creating a system-ready foundation for intelligent products.

We believe AI must be teachable – to both humans and machines. That's why we design structured knowledge systems and content assets that turn complex concepts into usable, contextual resources. Our research supports learning formats that adapt to technical, strategic, and legal audiences.
Current initiatives:
- Internal onboarding tools for AI projects
- Modular learning kits (thematic, multilingual)
- Practical integration of regulatory frameworks (e.g. AI Act)
We help teams build clarity around what they develop, why it matters, and how to explain it to others.

Innovation becomes sustainable when it's legally usable. We develop models that define, structure and protect AI-related assets and processes – from datasets to source code, from model outputs to business logic.
Our research tracks:
- Modern forms of digital ownership and attribution
- Licensing templates for AI-generated and hybrid assets
- Governance and internal agreements for spin-offs and IP pools
We aim to make intellectual property in the AI era measurable, shareable, and defensible.
