EU AI Act Readiness Survey
Research Context
The EU AI Act introduces a risk-based approach to regulating artificial intelligence, with different requirements based on the level of risk posed by AI systems. Organizations across Europe are at different stages of preparation for this landmark legislation.
Our research aims to provide insights into the current state of AI Act readiness, identify common challenges, and highlight effective strategies for compliance. The findings will help inform best practices and provide a benchmark for organizations to assess their own preparedness.
This survey is part of NeuroCruz's broader research initiative on AI governance and regulation. We are particularly interested in understanding:
- How awareness and understanding of the AI Act varies across different roles and sectors
- What educational initiatives are being implemented to prepare employees
- How organizations are adapting their AI development and deployment processes
- What resources and support are most needed for effective compliance
The aggregated results of this survey will be published in a research report, which will be made available to all participants who provide their email address. Individual responses will remain confidential and anonymous unless you explicitly consent to being quoted or contacted for follow-up research.
